13.00 Term

13.01. The Decree remains in force until 1 November 2025. It is then automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless the employer party or the union party opposes it by a written notice sent to the Minister of Labour and to any other contracting party during the month of July of the year 2025 or during the month of July of any subsequent year.
