Yes. Employees must be paid according to the established schedule. See s. 4.04 of the Decree.
Yes, an employer may reduce an employee’s schedule. However, they must give sufficient notice to the employee; the minimum notice period is determined by the employee’s years of service.
Yes. However, the employee must be able to keep their regular schedule and cannot be relocated more than 35 km from their home.
No. According to the Decree, seniority is not recognized.
On termination, an employee receives severance pay based on their years of service, as well as payouts for any remaining vacation time, sick leave time, and flex leave time.
